"We bought a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 and we are very satisfied by the customer service provided by Mancuso and especially by Clayton. We shopped around many dealers in the Houston area and, although the final drive-out prices were all pratically identical, Clayton went above and beyond to help us out and constantly followed up to make sure all our questions were satisfied. This was not the case with the other dealers and is why we chose to purchase from him vs the others. The bike is great and the chocolate cake was also as good as he promised. I would definitely recommend going there!"

The best thing about it is that he didn't pressure us into the sale at all and worked around my schedule. Since I was new to riding the bike I didn't want to take 45 home so he even had it delivered the same day I bought the bike. "I went last Saturday just to look at the new Cross Country Tour. I showed up late not thinking I would buy a bike that day, but the numbers worked with the Victory incentives so I am the new owner of a red 2013 Cross Country Tour. "I recently purchased a new 2012 Cory Ness edition Cross Country. I work extremely odd hours and my only available day to see the bike was on Monday. The dealership is usually closed Mondays, but after showing how interested in the purchase I was, the GM had the entire store come in on their day off. I felt really bad about this, but after meeting everyone I realized they were almost as excited about my purchase as I was! Took the bike for a quick spin and when I got back we were able to make a deal. Within a very short time, we had papers signed and I was on my way with my new bike.
Between the bike and the guys at Mancuso, I am a Victory rider for life now!"
